Calls are answered between 9am and 6pm Mon-Fri. If you leave a message I will do my best to respond on the same day or within 24 hours. Choosing a counselor that feels right for you is important and I know that taking the first step can be difficult. Feel free to call at no obligation or cost.

Counselling Rates: Individuals, Couples & Families 
1 hour sessions are $120
The same rate applies for individual counseling, couples counseling and family counseling. Fees are payable at each counseling session.
Registered Professional Counsellors are covered by some extended health plans, contact your extended health care provider for more information.
On Line and Phone Support
